David Vladeck, outgoing Director of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection, Georgetown Law Professor, and Co-Director of the Institute for Public Representation at Georgetown Law, will discuss some of the challenges confronting Congress and the Executive as they seek to address consumer privacy concerns in today's digital economy, as well as specific intiatives that the FTC undertook to protect consumer privacy during his tenure at the agency. Cookies and light refreshments will be provided!
