Please join us for a talk featuring Pablo de Larrañaga Monjaraz, Professor of Constitutional Law and Regulation at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), entitled “A Regulationist Perspective to Human Rights: Blueprint of an Inquiry.” Zachary Elkins, Associate Professor of Government at UT, will serve as discussant. The talk is co-sponsored by LLILAS BENSON and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Latin American Law. Light refreshments will be served.
