Frances T. "Sissy" Farenthold: A Noble Citizen

This conference will serve as the culmination of the Rapoport Center's three-year project on Sissy Farenthold. It will consider from both an historical and contemporary perspective many of the issues to which Sissy has dedicated her life. The conference will be closely tied to the Frances T. “Sissy” Farenthold Papers at UT’s Briscoe Center for American History, which touch on many facets of her wide-ranging career, from her political campaigns to her important role in the international women’s peace movement and in human rights advocacy around the world.

Delta Theta Phi's Spring 2015 Initiation

The Sam Houston Senate of Delta Theta Phi, composed of current UT Law students and supported by distinguished alumni of the legal fraternity, is pleased to announce the initiation of a new class of members. The initiation is planned for Thursday, April 23, at 6 p.m. In attendance will be the initiates, current members of Delta Theta Phi, and several of the fraternity's local alumni.
