Outlining is the process of gathering your knowledge about an area of the law into one usable document/chart/flow chart. Often, the value of outlining is in its creation. Outlines can take many different formats; the format a student should choose will depend on the course and the learning style of the student. This session will explore different types of outlining and will help Section 3.3 get started.
