The Review of Litigation and Jones Day are hosting a panel on brief writing and oral argument. The panel will discuss the building blocks of a successful brief and an effective oral argument. The discussion will cover the life cycle of an appeal. The panel participants include Professor Lisa Eskow, Justice Scott Field with the Third Court of Appeals, and several practitioners.
