Join the American Constitution Society at Texas Law for a lunch talk featuring Professor Stephen Vladeck as he discusses the oral arguments in the Supreme Court case Hernandez v. Mesa, involving the cross-border killing of a 15 year old boy by a Border Patrol Agent. The case brings up issues of a cause of action against a federal agent, as established in Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents. Lunch will be provided.
