n the age of #MeToo and workplace sexual harassment, the role of coercive contracts in suppressing harassment claims, workplace abuses, and more have entered the public sphere. While non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) have become the most public form of coercive contracts, forced arbitration clauses, class action waivers, and non-compete clauses can also play a role in limiting worker rights and autonomy.
