Studying Constitutional Law During a Trump Presidency

Discussing how the Trump presidency and current political climate has affected views on topics in Constitutional Law, such as the roles of the three branches, separation of powers, checks and balances, constitutional doctrines and norms. Articulating a progressive vision of the Constitution moving forward. Post-Trump, what as soon-to-be lawyers can we advocate for in the sphere of Constitutional law? What role do you believe the Court, Congress and Executive should play in constitutional interpretation? What do you look for in future Supreme Court justice nominees?
