Please join the Texas Federalist Society for a debate featuring John Bursch, senior counsel and vice president of appellate advocacy with Alliance Defending Freedom, and Professor Steve Sanders (Indiana University Maurer School of Law) exploring Justice Gorsuch’s textualist interpretation of the word “sex” in sex discrimination in Bostock v. Clayton County.
