All competition rounds will be held remotely (via Zoom). Non-Article III Courts and the Judicial Power

Please join the Federalist Society for a discussion focusing on the authority of non-Article III courts under the Constitution. Texas Law Professor Steve Vladeck and University of Chicago Law Professor William Baude will share their views on whether non-Article III courts exercise the judicial power of the United States and related constitutional implications.
