Join the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, and the American Constitution Society for a conversation with Texas Law Professors Elizabeth Sepper and Stephen Vladeck and Washington University School of Law Professor Susan Appleton. The discussion will focus on the legal landscape following Supreme Court's upcoming decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization and the decision's potential impact on reproductive rights, substantive due process, and beyond.
