Join If/When/How for a post-Dobbs conversation with Texas Law Professors Elizabeth Sepper and Steve Vladeck. The discussion will focus on the Dobbs decision, its ramifications for substantive due process, the novel legal strategies playing out in the courts, and the current landscape of abortion rights—and lack thereof—in Texas and throughout the country. This event is open to all and requires no prior knowledge of reproductive rights jurisprudence! Pizza will be served.
