Last May, the Texas Legislature passed SB 17, a bill that bans Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion offices at public universities. Join student activists from TX Students for DEI and counsel from the NAACP Legal Defense Fund for a Teach-In on what this law means and how we can continue to fight for a diverse Texas. This event is co-sponsored with CHLSA, APALSA, OUTLaw, TLDNA, and TMLS. Lunch will be provided (Velvet Taco!!!!).
