Prof. Vladeck will discuss the Legislative Branch’s powers over the Supreme Court under our Constitution and how the Legislative Branch can use those powers to hold the Court more accountable. What are Congress’ powers over the Supreme Court? What are the limits of those powers? How are those powers to be enforced? What if there is a disagreement between Congress and the Court: who decides and how is a decision enforced?
