Join us for an insightful discussion with Karen Engle, Minerva House Drysdale Regents Chair in Law and Founder & Co-director of the Rapoport Center for Human Rights and Justice and the Sissy Farenthold Fund for Peace and Social Justice. Professor Engle will present her latest book, Toward an Abolitionist Human Rights Court: Rethinking Responses to Gendered and Racialized Violence (Cambridge University Press, 2025). Law Professor Rachel Rebouché, who recently joined Texas Law as the G. Rollie White Teaching Excellence Chair in Law, will serve as respondent.
