Texas Federalist Society is hosting a debate on different constitutional interpretation methods, namely originalism compared with living constitutionalism. We will host Professor Ilan Wurman from the University of Minnesota School of Law and Professor William Forbath from the University of Texas School of Law to debate this issue.
