Texas Federalist Society is hosting a presentation on Unitary Executive Theory in the second Trump Administration. We will host Jack Goldsmith from Harvard Law School to discuss this topic, and Professor Ward Farnsworth from the University of Texas School of Law will provide commentary and ask some questions.
