Science, technology, and, more generally, new forms of information are crucial drivers of economic growth as well as important enablers of human flourishing. But they can also present social challenges, including in the design and implementation of laws to promote and regulate their use. Such laws include intellectual property laws for copyright, patent, and trademark. This series features scholars presenting current research relating to intellectual property, science, and technology.
