Description

Transactions will be a two-hour course meeting two times per week. We will discuss real contracts with real risks, including selected terms of a FIDIC contract format will be discussed. A guaranty, a note and a deed of trust will be carefully reviewed. At least one contract will be reviewed.

Prerequisite: Law 421 or Law 521 Contracts
