Andrew MacRae specializes in general commercial litigation, including administrative proceedings, concentrating on disputes between businesses involving contract, misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. MacRae also concentrates on health and disability insurance matters, including ERISA, as well as product liability, insurance, professional malpractice, and fiduciary litigation. He has tried hundreds of jury and non-jury cases and has argued numerous cases on appeal to various Texas appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit.
MacRae also works with the Innocence Project on other matters relating to immigrant children and has given CLE presentations on ethically dealing with pro se litigants.
