Karly Jo Dixon

Karly Jo Dixon ’16 is an attorney in the Criminal Defense Practice with the Travis County Public Defender’s Office. Previously, she spent six years at the Texas Fair Defense Project, where she represented low-income Texans on issues related to driver license recovery, Class C/ticket defense, and criminal records clearing.
Dixon is a graduate of the Gideon's Promise Core 101 training program, a member of the Future Indigent Defense Leaders inaugural class, and a past Equal Justice Works fellow. She received both a B.A. in history and J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin.
