Commentator

Professor Mullenix served as a commentator during a Roundtable program in honor of federal judge Jack B. Weinstein of the Eastern District of New York, sponsored by the Brooklyn Law School. This program was in honor of Judge Weinstein's career, in celebration of his 80th birthday. Judge Weinstein has served as the presiding and managing judge over numerous mass tort litigations, beginning with the Agent Orange settlement in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Professor Mullenix was invited to comment on Judge Weinstein's involvement with mass tort litigation and his contributions to the profession as an activist judge.
