Professor Mullenix attended a meeting of the Ad Hoc Subcommittee on Attorney Conduct, January 2001 invitational, of the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Judicial Conference of the United States, held on January 17, 2001, in Washington D.C. Professor Mullenix has published a definitive study of the rules of professional conduct that govern attorney practice in all 94 federal district courts and eleven United States Circuit Courts of Appeal. This is the only study of attorney conduct rules in the federal, as opposed to the state, courts. Her article on federal attorney conduct rules is published in the Georgetown Law Journal.
