Professor Mullenix spoke on the topic, "Where There's Smoke: Will Tobacco Litigation Go Global?," at the Seventh Annual Clifford Symposium on Tort Law and Social Policy at the DePaul University School of Law on April 5, 2001, in Chicago, Illinois. Professor Mullenix has written extensively about mass tort litigation, and has published the only casebook on the subject, Mass Tort Litigation: Cases and Materials (West 1996).
