Speaker

Professor Mullenix was a speaker at a conference, "The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001: A Model for the Future?: Liability and Insurance After September 11th." This conference was held on March 21-22, 2002 at the University of Connecticut Law School in Hartford, Connecticut, under the auspices of the Connecticut Insurance Law Center and the Geneva Association. Professor Mullenix has written extensively on mass tort litigation and is the author of the only casebook: Mass Tort Litigation: Cases and Materials (West 1995). Her paper will subsequently be published by the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
