Professor Mullenix served as a moderator and presenter at a program sponsored by the American Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Practice Section, entitled "The Future of Class Action Litigation in America," on October 2-3, 2003 in Boston, Massachusetts. Professor Mullenix moderated all six panels on the first day of this conference, and served as a panelist and presenter on the topic: "Recent Developments: Notice Issues, Res Judicata and Claim Preclusion Issues."
