Professor Mullenix was a speaker at the Conference for Liability for Acts of Terrorism, sponsored by the European Center for Tort and Insurance Law in Munich, Germany on February 27-28, 2003. Professor Mullenix spoke on "Developments in the Procedural Means for Resolution of Mass Tort Litigation in the United States, 1975-2003." Professor Mullenix has written extensively on mass tort litigation and is the author of the only casebook, Mass Tort Litigation: Cases and Materials (West 1995).
