Linda S. Mullenix

Professor Mullenix participated as a faculty member and panelist at the 8th Annual National Institute on Class Actions, sponsored by the American Bar Association. She spoke on the topic: "Crossing the State Line: The Pursuit of State Law Claims for an Interstate Class." Professor Mullenix participated in the Institute program in New York City on October 15, 2004, and in the program in New Orleans on October 29, 2004. Professor Mullenix has written extensively about both federal and state class action litigation, and she is the author of the two-volume treatise State Class Actions, published in 2000 by CCH.
