Professor Mullenix spoke on the topic "Class Action Standing After Amchem and Ortiz: The Problem of 'Logically Antecedent' Inquiries," at a symposium on Multi-Jurisdictional and Cross-Border Class Actions, sponsored by the Michigan State University DCL College of Law on April 16-17, 2004, in East Lansing, Michigan. Professor Mullenix's paper deals with pre-certification dispositive motions in light of the Supreme Court's two landmark class action decisions. Her paper will be published in the law review. Professor Mullenix has written extensively on class action litigation in numerous books, articles, and her regular column in the National Law Journal.
