Professor Mullenix spoke on "The Future of Tort Reform: Possible Lessons from the World Trade Center Victim Compensation Fund," at the Randolph W. Thrower Symposium on "The Future of Tort Reform: Reforming the Remedy, Re-Balancing the Scales." This symposium was held at the Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia, on February 19, 2004. Professor Mullenix's paper will be published in the Emory Law Review. She has written on the World Trace Center Victims' Compensation Fund as a possible model for compensation victims of mass tort injury. Professor Mullenix has published the only academic casebook on mass tort litigation: Mass Tort Litigation: Cases and Materials (West Publishing 1995).
