Professor Mullenix participated as a faculty member, speaker, and panelist at the American Bar Association's Ninth Annual National Institute for Class Actions. She spoke on the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005. This program was held in Chicago on September 23, 2005, and in San Francisco, California on October 7, 2005. Professor Mullenix has written extensively on the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA), and much of this commentary and analysis has been published in her regular columns for the National Law Journal.
