Professor Mullenix spoke as an invited speaker to the Federal Bar Association of San Antonio, Texas, on the "Class Action Fairness Act of 2005." Professor Mullenix has written extensively on the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 (CAFA), and much of this commentary and analysis has been published in her regular column in the National Law Journal.
