Professor Mullenix spoke on the topic: "Class Actions -- A View from the Experts," at the Advanced Consumer Litigation Conference sponsored by the Texas State Bar CLE and the National Association of Consumer Advocates held in San Antonio, Texas on February 10-11, 2005. Professor Mullenix has published numerous articles on class action litigation, as well as expansive commentary on class action procedure in her regular column in the National Law Journal.
