Professor Mullenix spoke on the topics of the "Class Action Fairness Act -- One Year Later," and "Arbitration Agreements and Class Actions," as part of a Thomson-West LegalWorks program, "Litigation and Resolution of Complex Claims," held in San Francisco on November 16-17, 2005. Professor Mullenix has written extensively on the Class Action Fairness Act, class action litigation, and arbitration agreements affecting class litigation. Much of this commentary, in addition to various law review articles, has been published in her regular column in the National Law Journal.
