Professor Mullenix gave a talk on "Cutting Edge Strategies in Class Action Litigation," as part of a seminar to attorneys in the law offices of Fulbright & Jaworksi entitled "Latest Developments in Class Action Law." Professor Mullenix gave this presentation at the Fulbright & Jaworski Houston law office on February 23, 2005, at the Fulbright Dallas office on March 30, 2005, and at the Fulbright Austin office on March 31, 2005.
