Fulbright Senior Distinguished Chair in Law

Professor Mullenix was appointed to the Fulbright Senior Distinguished Chair in Law at Trento, Italy during spring 2007. The Fulbright Chair is one of a handful of Senior Distinguished Chairs in the Fulbright program. During her tenure in Italy, she taught a comparative law course on Mass Tort and Class Action Litigation in a Global Context. This course explored class action litigation in the United States, as well as collective and class action litigation in other common law and civil law countries. The University of Trento is a renowned center for the study of comparative law in Europe.
