Professor Mullenix spoke on an "Update on CAFA Issues and Problems," as part of the Corporate Counsel Symposium, sponsored by the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois on September 28, 2006. Professor Mullenix has written extensively on the Class Action Fairness Act since its enactment by Congress on February 18, 2005. Much of this commentary has been published as a series of articles on CAFA in her regular column in the National Law Journal.
