Publication

Professor Mullenix published the third edition of Federal Courts in the Twenty-First Century, in August 2007. Her co-authors are Profs. Howard Fink (emeritus Ohio State Law School), Tom Rowe (Duke University Law School), and Mark Tushnet (Harvard University Law School). Professor Mullenix contributed all the materials on complex and class action litigation to the book. The third edition includes new materials relating to the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 and the impact of that statute on access to federal courts.
