Thomson West published the second edition of Professor Mullenix's casebook, Mass Tort Litigation: Cases and Materials. The second edition has been substantially revised to reflect developments in the law since publication of the first edition of the casebook in 1995. The second edition has added the Supreme Court landmark decisions in Amchem Prods. v. Windsor and Ortiz v. Fibreboard, as well as numerous lower federal courts decisions relating to mass tort. Additional sections present materials on punitive damage class actions as well as emerging preemption cases. Professor Mullenix's casebook remains the only casebook on mass tort litigation on the market.
