Panelist

Professor Mullenix participated as a panelist in a live telephone seminar and live audio webcast sponsored by the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association on the topic: "Hydrogen Peroxide's Aftermath: New Restrictive Directives in Class Certification (Is It Applicable to All Class Actions?)." Professor Mullenix was the only participating law professor among a panel of plaintiff and defense attorneys analyzing the importance of the Third Circuit's articulation of clarified standards for a rigorous analysis of class certification standards. Mullenix has written about the Hydrogen Peroxide decision in her column in the National Law Journal.
