Book Publication

West Publishing has published Professor Mullenix's book, Leading Cases in Civil Procedure, for use in first year civil procedure courses. The book is intended for the one-semester course in civil procedure, and has integrated relevant constitutional provisions, statutes, and federal rules of civil procedure into the casebook. The book has reduced the number of cases for study, but includes full-text reports of decisions, with all concurring and dissenting opinions.
