Prof. Mullenix spoke on the subject: "Big Topics, Shrinking Credits," at the Association of American Law Schools Workshop on Civil Procedure, in New York City. Mullenix spoke to law professors whose civil procedure courses have been reduced from a year-long course to a one semester course. She discussed how to conduct civil procedure triage in order to shrink the year-long course into a 14 week format.
