Speaker and Program Moderator

Prof. Mullenix was the moderator of a program, as well as a speaker, sponsored by the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, mid-year meeting in New York City. The theme of the program was "How Much Evidence is Enough for Class Certification?", and focused on the 3rd Circuit's decision in In re Hydrogen Peroxide. Judge Anthony Scirica, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals, and author of the Hydrogen Peroxide opinion, participated in the panel, which included class action plaintiff and defense attorneys.
