Speaker and Panelist

Prof. Mullenix was a speaker and panelist at a roundtable program sponsored by the Cardozo Law School: "The Lessons of 9/11 for Mass Tort Litigation." Other program participants included Prof. John Goldberg (Harvard Law School), Prof. Robert Rabin (Stanford Law School), the Hon. Judge Jack Weinstein, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Roger Parloff of Fortune Magazine, Ms. Sheila Birnbaum (Skadden Arps, and the mediator for 9/11 tort claims) and Marc Moller (plaintiffs' attorney for 9/11 tort claims). The keynote address was given by Ken Feinberg, the special master for the 9/11 World Trade Center Victims' Compensation Fund.
