Speaker and Panelist

Professor Mullenix spoke at a program sponsored by the Bar of the City of New York, entitled "The Jurisprudence of Judge Jack Weinstein." Mullenix discussed Judge Weinstein's contributions to the jurisprudence of mass tort litigation. In addition to Judge Weinstein, speakers on the program included Prof. Jack Coffee (Columbia University), Prof. Kate Stith (Yale Law School), the Hon. Denise Cote (United States District Court for the Southern District of New York), and Prof. Jeffrey Morris, who recently published a biography of Judge Weinstein (Oxford University Press 2011). Prof. Mullenix reviewed the book for Oxford Press. The program also celebrated Judge Weinstein's ninetieth birthday.
