Commentator, Fifth Annual Junior Faculty Federal Courts Workshop

Professor Mullenix participated as a senior scholar in the Fifth Annual Junior Faculty Federal Courts Workshop, which was held under the auspices of the William and Mary Institute for the Bill of Rights, in Williamsburg, Virginia on October 25 - 27, 2012. Five senior scholars joined in critiquing the works-in-progress of junior federal courts scholars. Professor Mullenix, who critiqued four papers, was joined by four other senior scholars in this effort: Professor Curtis Bradley (Duke), Professor John Jeffries (Virginia), Professor Trevor Morrison (Columbia), and Professor Mark Tushnet (Harvard).
