Professor Mullenix was a speaker at the American Bar Association Section on Litigation Annual conference in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 9-11, 2014. She spoke on the meeting program, "Moldy or Not? -- The Impact of Comcast on the Future of Class Action Litigation, Standing, and Issues Classes." She was joined on this panel by attorneys representing plaintiffs and defendants in class litigation.
