Professor Mullenix was a speaker at Emory Law School's Randolph W. Thrower Symposium on February 6, 2104 in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme of this year's Thrower Symposium was "American Dispute Resolution 2020: The Death of Group Vindication of the Law?" The keynote speaker was Professor Arthur R. Miller of New York University School of Law. Also speaking at the symposium were Prof. Richard Freer (Emory); Prof. Rick Marcus (Hastings); Prof. Mary Kay Kane (Hastings); Prof. Ed Sherman (Tulane); Prof. Myriam Gilles (Cardozo), and others in the filed of class action and complex litigation.
