Speaker, Symposium: "Forum Selection Clauses After Atlantic Marine"

Professor Mullenix was a speaker at a symposium sponsored by the University of California, Hastings College of Law, on September 19, 2014. The symposium was "Forum Selection Clauses After Atlantic Marine," focusing on the U.S. Supreme Court's 2013 decision in that case. Other speakers included Profs. Andrew Brandt (UC Berkeley), Kevin Clermont (Cornell), Robin Effron (Brooklyn), Scott Dodson (UC Hastings), Stephen Sachs (Duke), Bard Shannon (Florida Coastal), and Adam Steinman (Alabama).
