Professor Mullenix was a speaker at the symposium, "Through a Glass Starkly: Civil Procedure Reassessed," jointly sponsored by the Northeastern University School of Law and the Boyd School of Law at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 11-12, 2014. The symposium was held in honor of Prof. Stephen Subrin of the Northeastern University School of Law. Professor Mullenix's paper for this symposium, "Reflections of a Recovering Aggregationist," will be published in the law review for the University of Las Vegas, Nevada.
